Call for entry guidelines and procedures:
  1. The festival is open to all films of any genre that are under 30 minutes in length.
     

  2. Submissions are accepted year round.
     

  3. Film entry could have been completed in any year on any form of film or video.
     

  4. All entries must be submitted on DVD or ½ VHS ( NTSC).
     

  5. Submission tapes and DVD's will become part of the K.O.S.F.F archives.
     

  6. Make sure preview tapes and DVD’s are clearly labeled with film information &  contact
    (film’s title, filmmaker's name, running time, format, address, phone number, e-mail)
     

  7. Non-English language produced films must be subtitled or dubbed in English.
     

  8. All entries must be submitted with:
    a) Completed entry form.
    b) Non-refundable entry fee of $10.
    c) Synopsis (50 words or less).
    d) (1) production still (color or black & white).
     

  9. Make Checks payable to "Rene H. Hernandez"
